These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the banking services provided by PT Bank Zeir Digital ("Zeirbank," "we," "us," or "our") via our website and mobile application. By registering an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Zeirbank: The digital banking platform and its associated financial services.
Customer/User: Any individual or entity that has successfully registered an account with Zeirbank.
Services: All digital banking facilities, including but not limited to fund transfers, bill payments, deposits, and account management.
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Zeirbank reserves the right to decline any account application at its sole discretion for security or regulatory reasons.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (User ID, Password, PIN, and OTP).
Any transaction initiated through your account shall be deemed a valid instruction authorized by you.
Important: Zeirbank will never ask for your password or OTP via email, SMS, or phone call. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You acknowledge that electronic instructions sent through the platform carry the same legal weight as written instructions.
Zeirbank reserves the right to delay, block, or reverse transactions suspected of fraud, money laundering, or technical error.
It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds and the accuracy of recipient details before confirming any transaction.
Zeirbank may impose administrative or transaction fees. A full schedule of fees is available on our official website.
Any changes to the fee structure will be communicated to you at least 30 business days before becoming effective.
Zeirbank is not liable for losses resulting from user error, third-party network failures, or events of Force Majeure.
While we strive for 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free due to necessary system maintenance.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with the Zeirbank Privacy Policy.
We are committed to complying with all applicable data protection regulations and will not sell your personal information to third parties.
Zeirbank reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found in violation of these Terms or engaged in illegal activities (e.g., Anti-Money Laundering violations).
You may request to close your account at any time, provided all outstanding financial obligations are settled.
Zeirbank reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via the app or registered email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through amicable mediation or via the jurisdiction of the North Jakarta District Court.
